Can contract for building work, including new dwelling units, and pull permits in Hawaii
Certification
EPA Lead-Safe Certified firm (RRP)
Required for paid work that disturbs paint in homes built before 1978.
Insurance
General liability and workers' compensation
Certificate sent to you, your lender or your condo board on request
Warranty
What a written warranty says
Our workmanship warranty goes in the contract. It states what is covered, for how long and what is not.
What it covers
Our own workmanship: framing, flashing, fit and finish.
What it doesn't
Normal wear, damage from storms or misuse, work by others and conditions hidden before we started.
How to use it
Call or text the office. We come and look, and tell you in writing what we find.

We'll send you the certificate and a sample contract with the warranty terms before you decide.
