When you use our contact form, call or text us, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, email address, the address and description of your lot, and any photos you send.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a lot visit
- To prepare the permit path, the drawings and the estimate
- To schedule and carry out work you have agreed to
- To keep the records our contract and the law require
Who sees it
Our own crew, and the few services we use to run the business, such as email and scheduling. We share your parcel details with the city and the utilities only to file the applications you have asked for. We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to do the work you asked for and to meet legal and tax duties. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call or write to the address on this site.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be on this page.
